Refund and cancellation policy
This policy applies to professional privileged access review and related advisory engagements sold by Siteridgepoint (Pty) Ltd. It does not cover physical products, software licences, or online checkout—none of which are offered on this site.
Eligibility
Fees already paid may be refunded in full if we cancel an engagement before kickoff for reasons within our control. If you cancel before kickoff, deposits may be retained as described below.
Timeframe
Refund requests must be sent to hello@siteridgepoint.click within 14 days of the event giving rise to the request (cancellation notice, missed kickoff, or our written confirmation of inability to deliver).
Deposits
Engagements may require a deposit to reserve facilitator time. Deposits are refundable in full if cancelled in writing at least 10 business days before the agreed kickoff. Cancellations inside 10 business days forfeit the deposit unless we rebook an equivalent engagement within 30 days.
Work already started
Once extract validation or workshops have begun, fees for completed stages are payable. Unused future stages may be refunded on a pro-rata basis after deduction of non-recoverable preparation costs disclosed in the statement of work.
Partial refunds
Partial refunds apply when scope is reduced by mutual written agreement after kickoff, calculated against remaining unused stages.
Non-refundable items
- Completed workshop days already delivered
- Third-party venue costs incurred at your request
- Custom template work already accepted in writing
Rescheduling and no-shows
You may reschedule a workshop once without charge with at least five business days’ notice. Later changes or owner no-shows may incur a rescheduling fee stated in the proposal. Repeated no-shows may end the engagement with fees due for work performed.
Process and method
Approved refunds are returned via the original payment method within 14 business days of approval. We confirm the amount in writing before transfer.
