Privacy notice

Siteridgepoint (Pty) Ltd (“Siteridgepoint”, “we”) is the data controller for personal information collected through siteridgepoint.click. We process information in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) and other applicable South African law.

Information we collect

When you submit an enquiry we collect your name, email address, optional engagement interest, optional system description, and message content. Server logs may record IP address and browser type for security and diagnostics.

Purpose

We use this information to respond to enquiries, prepare estimates, deliver contracted review work, and improve site reliability. We do not sell personal information.

Retention

Enquiry records are kept for up to 24 months after the last correspondence unless a longer period is required for an active engagement, legal claim, or tax record. Engagement files follow retention periods in the statement of work.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you, subject to legal exceptions. Contact hello@siteridgepoint.click. You may lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator (South Africa).

International transfers

If we use processors outside South Africa (for example email or hosting providers), we require appropriate safeguards and remain responsible for the information under POPIA.
